Payment & Cancelation Policy

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s status/info.

In the event SLRCC must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the cost of registration. SLRCC does not however assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

Conference registration cancellations made online on or before August 31, 2020 will be fully refunded.

Cancellation requests received on or after September 1, 2020 are subject to an administrative processing charge, not to exceed $100.
